How to get a fast, helpful reply
To help us help you, please include as much of the following as you can:
- Which tool you were using (for example, the Image Compressor or Merge PDF).
- What you expected to happen, and what actually happened.
- Your browser and device (for example, "Chrome on Android" or "Safari on a Mac").
- For a bug, the steps to reproduce it — the more specific, the better.
Please do not attach sensitive files. Because every tool runs entirely in your browser, we never need your documents to diagnose an issue, and we would rather you kept them private. A short description or a screenshot with private details removed is almost always enough.
A quick note on privacy
