These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ToolFlux and its tools, available at luluboy168.com (the "Service"). Please read them carefully. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

By accessing or using ToolFlux, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. 2. The Service
ToolFlux provides free, browser-based tools for working with images, PDFs, and text. The tools run entirely on your own device; we do not receive or store the files you process. The Service is provided at no charge and is supported by advertising. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.
3. "As is" — no warranty
The Service and all tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any output will meet your requirements or be free of data loss or corruption.
You are responsible for keeping your own backups of any files you process. Always verify that an output file is correct before relying on it, deleting an original, or sharing it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree that you will not:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- process content that you do not have the right to process, or that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others;
- upload or process material that is illegal, harmful, or abusive;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service, its infrastructure, or other users' systems;
- use automated means to scrape, overload, or misuse the Service in a way that harms its availability for others;
- interfere with, block, or attempt to circumvent the advertising that supports the Service.
You are solely responsible for the content you choose to process and for your use of any output.
5. Intellectual property
The Service itself — including the ToolFlux name, design, text, graphics, and the underlying code that we own — is protected by intellectual property laws and remains our property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.
You retain all rights to your own files and content. Because we never receive your files, you keep full ownership of everything you process and of the resulting output. We claim no rights over your content.
6. Third-party services and links
The Service displays advertising and may link to third-party websites and services that we do not control, including those of our advertising partners. We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any third party. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToolFlux and the individual operating it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us to use the Service, which for a free service is zero.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you. In those cases, our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ToolFlux and the individual operating it from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, please stop using the Service.
10. Governing law and severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
